| Vicki J. Bowers Born and reared in Jacksonville, Florida, Vicki graduated magna cum laude from Jacksonville University in 1994, and earned her J.D. from Stetson University in 1997. Vicki is a member of many organizations including the Jacksonville Bar Association (co-chair, Elder Law Section 1999-2001), National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (Board member 2003).
